Which session is right for you?

Optimal Movement Assessment

We recommend you book our Optimal Movement Assessment if you want to learn what your biggest limitations in your body are. This is also a great way to determine your risk of injury if you are starting a new workout plan or new sport.

Your therapist will spend 30 mins taking you through a series of movements to determine exactly what we need to focus on to help you get the results you are looking for. By booking this session, it takes the guess work out of our treatments and helps us dial in exactly what it is your body needs.

Optimal Recovery Massage

Optimal Recovery Massage Therapy Services

We recommend you book our Optimal Recovery Massage if you are looking for a session that will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and fully recovered.

Your therapist will integrate multiple techniques during this session including Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release,  Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Over our 10+ years of experience we have found that integrating these techniques into one session is the best way for you to leave feeling fully restored and recovered. 

Optimal Pain Management Massage

Optimal Pain Management Massage Services

We recommend you book our Optimal Pain Management Massage if you are suffering with an acute injury, chronic pain condition or have recently had surgery. If this is your first session with us, we recommend booking one of our Optimal Movement Assessments before booking this session.

Your therapist will focus on a specific area of your body with the goal of improving the tissue quality of that area. Following the soft tissue treatment, your therapist will set aside 5-10 mins to show you a few exercises that are specific to your condition.

For example: if you are dealing with chronic low back pain, your therapist will use techniques that are specifically targeted and designed to help with relieving your low back pain. After the session your therapist will give you your corrective exercises for your low back pain. Your therapist might recommend a follow up session.

Optimal Mobility Coaching

We recommend you book our Optimal Mobility Coaching if you are looking to learn a series of exercises that are designed to improve your joint health and joint longevity. If this is your first session with us, we recommend booking one of our Optimal Movement Assessments before booking this session.

During this session your therapist will take you through a series of movements that are specific to your individual needs. Your therapist will also help you develop an achievable mobility plan that will help you reduce your risk of injury.

Optimal Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage Services in Boulder

We recommend you book our Optimal Thai Yoga Massage if you are looking for a new, exciting and innovative massage treatment. This massage is best if you are not currently dealing with an acute injury.

During this fully clothed treatment performed on a comfortable mat on the floor, your therapist will stretch your body, work on sore areas and help you achieve your maximum relaxation potential. This is a great session for someone who prefers to stay fully clothed during their session.
